Shipping and Policies

Shipping Policy:

Frontier Wholesome Seeds currently ships all orders either UPS or USPS. You will be provided the shipping cost of each option based upon total weight of  your order and distance from Denver, CO. You can then decide and select the option that works best for you.

• We use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Depending on your order, there are three different size boxes, each with a different charge.
• We strive to ship our products within 2-3 business days.
• Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
• As soon as your product has been shipped, you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. You can track your shipping order on our website. This-will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet.

Return Policy:

At Frontier Wholesome Seeds, customer satisfaction is an important part of our business. If for any reason, you feel that it is necessary to return one of our products for an exchange/refund, all products must meet the following conditions:

• Return in original bag or jar.
• Return to Frontier Wholesome Seeds within (30) days from the date product was received by you.
• Copy of invoice enclosed with product.
• Enclose a brief letter of explanation of the problem.
• All returns must be prepaid.
• All returns for refund paid by credit card will received a credit to that credit card.

Shipping Damages:

• All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company- usually UPS or USPS- within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
• If an incorrect product is received, we will correct it.

Calculations of Freight and Handling Fees

 

1) Retail and Combo customers have two options for shipping: USPS and UPS up to a limit of 150 lbs. Each customer can make direct comparisons and decide which option works the best.

 

   UPS charges are at a discounted rate based upon shipping weight and distance from Denver, CO.

   USPS charges are based upon on three flat rate boxes: (independent upon distance).

For single products orders, each product would be shipped out as follows:

For any multi-product order using USPS, the total shipping weight of the products will determine the shipping charge as follows:

After selecting either retail or combos products and entering your address information, you can determine which option (USPS or USP) has the lowest cost by selecting each option and then clicking (upgrade).

 

When ordering combo products, it is not possible (software limitations) to mix retail or wholesale      products on the same order. If you desire to purchase additional retail or wholesale products, then you will need to place a separate or second order.

 

2)  All wholesale orders less than 150 lbs. can only be shipped by UPS.  Retail product R307 also can only be shipped by UPS.

 

3)  For all orders over 150 lbs. of shipping weight, then LTL (less than truck load) becomes the only shipping option. If this is your situation please contact our shipping department by the following tools:

Within one (1) business day, two (2) to three (3) quotes will be sent to you for your decision on which option makes the most sense to you.

 

4)       Handling Fee:

  For all product categories: Any single-item order or the first item on multiple-items ordered,     there will be a basic $3.25 handling charge.

         

a)       For retail or wholesale products (R901, R802, R703. R604, R505, R406, R307, W5901, W5802, W5703, W5604, W5505, W5406).

        For each additional item, there will be a $0.75 extra fee.

 

b)     For combo products: R208 – R217.

        For each additional combo product, there will be a $2.00 extra fee.

 

b)       For International (INTI) and W5307 products.

        For each additional item, there will be a $0.75 extra fee.

        For each item ordered, there will be a $7.00 pallet fee.
